Parts Sequencing

As part of our contract manufacturing-support services, Comprehensive Logistics performs linear and custom parts sequencing for automotive and non-automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and Tier-1 suppliers at multiple manufacturing-support operations.

Products are delivered in exact sequence (just in sequence [JIS]) and on exact schedules (just in time [JIT]) to the OEM’s assembly plant. Our Plan For Every Part (PFEP) order-management process utilizes multiple scans to track the step-by-step movement of each part—container, part, and slot—ensuring that components are in the correct locations and repacked in the correct sequence on time for lineside delivery.
