Denton Q1 Top 2 Performers Win Exclusive Peterbilt Plant Tour

Comprehensive Logistics’ (CLI) Denton team celebrated their Q1 performance leaders with a recognition luncheon and a one-of-a-kind reward: an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the Peterbilt Motors plant. The winners, Isabel Rojo Chavez and Lorena Mena, earned this experience through perfect attendance, zero safety or quality incidents, and consistently outstanding performance.

This initiative is part of CLI’s broader commitment as a 3PL provider to increase employee engagement, recognition, and retention. According to Gallup, employees who feel recognized are four times more likely to be engaged at work—something CLI is actively striving to foster across all sites.

“We want to spotlight and reward those who lead by example,” said Gene Montemayor, Plant Manager at Denton. “This program allows our team to connect their day-to-day work with the bigger picture—literally seeing how their efforts support our customer’s end product.”

In partnership with our customer Peterbilt, a PACCAR company, site representative Darren Dodd personally guided Lorena and Isabel on the tour—giving them a rare opportunity to see the direct impact of their work and how the parts they handle become integral components of the iconic Peterbilt trucks.

“It was an absolute pleasure meeting Isabel and Lorena. Their excitement was contagious. A big shout out to Darren for coordinating this amazing experience. We couldn’t have picked a better tour guide!”
— Katharine Hudson Tibbs | MSS Logistics Manager, PACCAR, a Peterbilt Company

Isabel and Lorena returned to the floor energized and full of stories to share. What started with quiet curiosity turned into an unforgettable moment of recognition that will ripple through the team for weeks to come.

Comprehensive Logistics looks forward to continuing this quarterly tradition—highlighting excellence, building pride in the work, and strengthening the connection between CLI team members and the customers they support.
